INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Company Pelias, s.r.o., with registered office at Žltá 16/F, 851 07 Bratislava, Slovak Republic, ID No.: 53 375 599, registered in the Commercial Register of the City Court of Bratislava III, Section: Sro, File No.: 156154/B, hereby, in accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter also referred to as the “Regulation“), and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “Act“), informs the data subjects about the processing of their personal data as follows:

Purpose and legal basis for processing personal data:
Processing of personal data in the provision of the services of the controller on the website, namely:
a) registration of the job seeker and/or client/advertising company on the website of the controller;
b) the response of the applicant to job offers published by the controller and the provision of personal data in the CVs of applicants;
c) sending the client’s enquiry to the services provided by the controller in order to deal with the client’s enquiry;whereby the provision of applicants’/clients’ personal data is necessary for the performance of the contract or the performance of pre-contractual measures.
Inclusion in the controller’s internal database on the basis of the data subject’s consent; consent to the processing of personal data (if given) may be withdrawn at any time by the data subject.
Other conditions for the processing of personal data:
The personal data of the data subject may be disclosed to clients of the controller whose job offers are published or filled by the controller and to advertising companies. The client/advertising company is only entitled to process the data subject’s personal data in accordance with the Regulation and the Act. The personal data of the data subjects may also be disclosed to persons involved in the performance of the contract between the data subject and the controller, such as personnel consultants or persons providing services to the controller in connection with the operation of the website.
The personal data collected will be processed on the territory of the Slovak Republic and EU Member States.
The personal data will be stored for the period necessary for the exercise of the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between the data subject and the controller, for a maximum of 3 years from the date of their receipt from the data subject, or for the period until the consent to the processing of personal data is withdrawn, if the personal data are processed on the basis of the data subject’s consent.
No automated individual decision-making or profiling shall be carried out within the scope of the purpose for which the personal data are processed. The controller does not intend to process the personal data collected for any purpose other than that for which they were collected. The controller has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the protection of personal data.
Rights of the data subject:
In connection with the provision and processing of personal data, the data subject has the following rights:
- the right to request access to personal data concerning the data subject from the controller
- the right to rectification of personal data
- the right to erasure of personal data
- the right to restrict processing
the right to data portability - the right to object
- the right to withdraw consent at any time
The data subject may exercise all of the aforementioned rights by contacting the controller in person or in writing directly at the controller’s registered office or electronically at the controller’s contact e-mail.
The data subject shall have the right to bring an action before the Office for Personal Data Protection if he or she considers that his or her rights under the Act have been infringed.
